The UK Support Network may disclose and share your personal data with the parties set out below:

• When you have consented for The UK Support Network to do so, for example, if you have consented to be contacted by the connected support networks to hear about their products and services, we may pass your contact data on for the purpose of promoting such products and services.

• Stripe third party payment processing service (www.stripe.com) to process your payment to the SPSC. The SPSC only store your credit / debit card type (Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard etc), the last 4 digits of your card number and the expiry date.

• Analytics and search engine providers that assist in the improvement and optimisation of the SPSC website.

• To any third party to whom the SPSC may choose to sell, transfer or merge parts of the business or our assets with. Alternatively, the SPSC may seek to acquire other businesses or merge with them. In the event of a change happening like this to the SPSC, the new owners may use your personal data in the same way as set out in this privacy notice.

• To protect members and the website from fraud and theft, the SPSC may share personal data that is required to make identity checks, including data relating to your age, name and location, together with account information with organisations (including law enforcement agencies) involved in fraud prevention and detection and credit risk reduction. Please note that these third parties may retain a record of the information that is provided to them for this purpose.
